Wow, what a nice model model you have there (despite i'm not a huge Technic fan), it's really a piece of art.

You can count with my support in Cuusso.

Saw it yesterday! Very good!

Wonder how have you done the rotating lights!?
Maybe it is some sort of special effect (FX) made in the video preparation!?

Também fiquei surpreendido com as luzes.

Mas acho que existem umas que já vêm programadas para criarem este efeito. O Sariel usou no seu Tow Truck II

English:

I was also very surprised with the lights.

But I think there are some lights that already come programmed, just like the ones Sariel used in his Tow Truck II  :P ;)

Have doubts about that.
O Sariel model, the LEDs blink (the turn signals) or or alternate (the light bar).

In this snowcat they seem to be half covered and to spin like in a firetruck or ambulance, inside a 2x2 space. Wondering... ::)

I'd say each 2x2 cylinder has 4 lights that light up in sequence, giving the illusion of a spinning single light: the light appears to be only on those 4 positions, not moving between them.

To create a real spinning light, maybe we could do like on real vehicles: a single fixed light with a directional reflector spinning around it. A mini turntable and a few chrome silver parts should do the trick, although the end result would be a bit large...

Maybe you're right, but then I think they're not PF lights. Even though we can attach four leds from the bottom of a 2x2 round brick, I don't see how they could be disguised to look like seen in this video. :P

I also guess the motor controlling the lights sequence to be shared in the adder-subtractor module in the drive-train, as the sequence slows down when the PisttenBully is turning in place.

Yeah, definitely not LEGO lights. The PF LED casings would be visible (and lit) under the round bricks.

And if fact we cannot attach 4 from the bottom of a 2x2 round brick. I overlooked this...
