João Campos is one of our senior Master Builders who has been active in our LUG’s forum since 2007.
The constructions of João make us exclaim: “This can’t be made with LEGO bricks!”
João specialized in the reproduction of trains, race cars, buses and lately he updated his portfolio with a mesmerizing Soviet WWII Tank reproduction.
His talent has not been unnoticed and João has already been invited to collaborate with LEGO on some top secret projects.
As a good AFOL father, João shares his passion with his son who is the current Ambassador for the TechnicBRICKs blog. The brick is strong in this family!

Só um reparo, para um erro que tenho visto muita gente dar: é "TechnicBRICKs" que se escreve, e não "Technic Bricks".

Embora, diga-se em abono da verdade, não seja muito intuitivo...

Eu sabia muito bem como escrever TechnicBRICKs mas fui buscar o que estava escrito na lista dos embaixadores no site da LEGO.
Já alterei de qualquer maneira.

Então e qual é que tem sido o feedback disso, Christophe?

Bem, o feedback não é muito.
Talvez porque não há muitos embaixadores a ver o fórum e também porque não é necessário comentar tudo.
A funcionalidade do fórum também pode influenciar porque só aparecem os últimos 10 tópicos com novo conteúdo na primeira página deste (suponho que isto pode ser alterado mas não o fiz; provavelmente como muitos outros embaixadores).
Se não houver comentários, se aparecer novos tópicos e se o embaixador não se ligar com frequência, é provável que não veja alguns dos posts sem os procurar.
É por isto que quero atualizar o tópico mensalmente pelo menos.

Os poucos comentários feitos foram positivos e até uma outra ideia, para ter mais visibilidade, foi proposta.
É algo que ainda tenho de averiguar. 

Pois, que o fórum dos cordeiros era parado já eu sabia. Mas é como iniciativas como a tua que aquilo se põe a mexer. 

Acabei de fazer a introdução do Luís Pedro:

Luís Pedro, aka LegoEng on Flickr, is excelling in the art of reproducing not only vehicles like trains, cars, trucks, boats, planes or tanks but also buildings of different kinds.
His unconventional building techniques allow for a close to perfect reproduction of the original model and this already called Jan Beyer’s attention during our LUG’s exposition last year.
Much to Jan’s dismay, Luís could not go back to Billund with him because he had not reached the age of majority yet.

O Pocas foi, agora, oficialmente apresentado no forum dos LEGO Ambassadors.

Pedro Almeida is a witted computer engineering student of almost 25 years old who has one big passion for LEGO mosaics.
Nothing particular so far if Pedro was not born with Congenital Muscular Dystrophy (CMD).
His story, told to the Hispabrick magazine, will show you that any building done by Pedro is a great feat for him and for us. He is right now our greatest mosaic builder.

O Jorge e as suas criações já estão no fórum dos LAmbs.

Jorge Reis is one of the founding members of our LUG almost ten years ago and he was already president of the Portuguese association of LEGO users.
Jorge’s style has been evolving over the year but always with a special attention to details even when his constructions gain in size or when they are shrunk to a micro scale.
He is not afraid to try his hands at different themes and he is, right now, interested in trains; he actually created a LEGO train fans group on Facebook.
