Background
Technic and motorcycles have a long a storied history. They are a popular corner of the Technic theme with lots of people reserving a special area for all their bikes. However, with the latest addition collectors are going to need a bigger shelf. The largest scale Technic motorcycle ever (1:5) boasts an impressive gearbox, incredible details, and tyres that could double for armbands. Last year I built 42107-1 - Ducati Panigale V4 R and absolutely loved it (read my review here). The set broke new ground for Technic motorcycles, a gearbox. Yes it was a reasonably simple gearbox but never-the-less it was an incredible achievement. One that has been blown completely out of the water by this BMW Motorrad M 1000.
The Box
The box measures 580mm x 375mm x 100mm. The contents are split with a White Cardboard box as is common with larger sets, to avoid any damages with all the extra weight. Inside are 16 bags, 1 unnumbered and 15 numbered 1 to 5, 4 loose parts (Wheel Parts: 2x 71720, 71721, and 71722), 2 Sticker Sheets, and an Instruction Manual. Source - Rebrickable
