Hello to all AFOLs, and Ambassadors,
it would be great if you could share this invitation with your Lugs.
Federation Festi'Briques France has the honor and pleasure to announce the opening of registration
for the hudge event Festi'briques 2013 which will take place from 25th to 27th of October 2013
in the Big Dome (6000m²;) at Villebon / Yvette (near Paris - France).
The theme chosen will be, as announced at Festi'Briques 2012, Formula1 and motor racing.
It is obvious that all other themes are accepted, creations or official sets.
However, a new system will be introduced this year where you will be grouped by theme chosen without regard
belonging to a group or not, Lug, association or other plus to have at your sides Afol's from our neighboring countries.
So you will be closer to the people sharing the same passion as you.
You can already go to the website www.festi-idf.fr/ to register as an exhibitor under the "Registration - Registration - Anmeldung" tab.
Following this registration you will be assigned a coordinator who will be your only contact on place and of course speaking english, french or german.
Places are limited, so do not hesitate, the registration deadline is June the 30th!
Installation will start on Friday, October the 25th 2013 with possibility of school groups or leisure center coming to us during this
day in order to have an overview of the arrangements. All facilities has to be completed in the evening, so that all is
ready and in place before the safety committee comes for the opening.
Importance is placed on the theme of "City" which will occupy the central part of the exhibition. Each exhibitor must provide if possible
a plan (BlueBrick & others) to connect each part and form a big Formula 1 circuit through the city.
Another novelty is the fact that if you want to sell, you must also register on the website and go under the "Registration - Registration - Anmeldung" tab
but this time in parts "Vendors".
You will get a location on a dedicated vendors, commercial and business area.
The Advertising, Commercial, Professional Dealers, Lugs, associations or groups wishing to have their own space must also pass through
this registration form in the reserved portion "Vendors". In this form there is also a section reserved for those wishing to sponsor the event by
displaying banners or advertising space.
